Patent legal office “Atoll” was established in Juny 2002 (later for the text “Atoll” Company”).
Partners of the company are natural persons from Kazakhstan and Russia.
Patent attorneys, lawyers and legal experts are part of partners.
Patent legal office “Atoll” is a leader of legal services in the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan – in Astana city. Considered a leader company in the sphere of jurisprudence in the Kazakhstan market, the largest foreign companies from countries of the Near and Far Foreign are meant in the records of “Atoll” Company’s clients. During the period of company’s activity from 2002 till 2006 more than 1000 Trade marks and industrial samples and also other things of intellectual property are drawn up to the benefit of their clients in various Patent Departments of CIS countries and first of all in Kazakhstan. Tens of disputable affairs of company’s clients were successfully completed in the courts, Appeal instances and other authorities. Hundreds of affairs on not authorised use of things of intellectual property of “Atoll” Company’s clients were successfully stopped on the territory of Kazakhstan and Kirghizia. Accompanying legal services were also rendered, such as more than 700 legal persons and their departments and representations were registered. Some tens of civil and economic actions of proceeding were successfully completed.

 “Atoll” Company actively supports subjects of small and average Kazakhstan business, carries out propaganda activity in sphere of development of understanding’s culture by them values of the intellectual property and also advantages of its legal using. For these purposes employees of the company participate in socially significant actions under aegis of Committee of the intellectual property of the Ministry of Justice of Republic Kazakhstan.
